Despite the woven wood material only. needing 15 yards, it arrived in two bolts. Sometimes materials are so thick that they can't be packaged in large bolts without damaging them. This was one of those times. The two bolts shaded slightly, as is common with natural material. In this case, to minimize shading, I put a horizontal seam behind the TV. On the left side we have more contrast in the wood whereas on the right, the bolt used was slightly muted. Across the whole wall, it's minimal and the client and customer were thrilled.

For the headboard wall, the client didn't want any shading. With faux grasses, they still have a tendency to panel for various reasons. In this instance, I was able to minimize paneling by identifying a repeat in the "random" pattern and then matching the pattern during the installation. Luckily the material was made well and didn't have color differences from left to right across the panels.
